The Howe Sound Crest Trail follows a high ridgeline in the mountains north of Vancouver BC. At 30km in length it can be run in a (long and tough) day, but we chose to savour our time (and sweat it out) for 3 days and 2 nights. Along the way we stood on top of the summits of Mount Brunswick and Mount Harvey.
Thanks for watching!
