If you own a Indian Ringneck parrot or are looking to bringing one home, these are things you can look for to determine if your parrot is a male or female. A lot of viewers always ask how to tell the difference between the two, so I thought I’d make a video to help you out. Even though I have owned both male and female Indian Ringneck parrots, it is still very difficult to tell the difference between the two if they are baby’s. The only sure way is by getting a DNA test. If you can’t or don’t want to get the DNA test, you can either wait till they are fully matured or look for these physical and behavioural traits to help you figure it out. I hope this video helps.
