To find and acquire the spear in In the Footsteps of Gods in Assassin's Creed Odyssey go to the back of the pool and climb into the cave entrance. Follow the cave system under and above water all the way to the end. Make your way through the cave killing any enemies. The spear is in a chest in the cave.
