Upgraded a faulty GFCI circuit breaker in a Square D QO panel. The circuit breaker is a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI) and Combined Arc Fault Circuit Interrupt (C/AFCI), also known as dual function since since it provides protection against both. I provide some safety tips when working in the panel and ways to test if ground fault interrupt is working using a testing tool and the built-in button.
