Hi, in this video, I will guide you through on how to set up a new printer.
At the Main Menu, go to Configurations. Then, go to Output Settings, and Printer Settings
Here, press the 'New' button
On this setup screen, there is a list of printers that you can choose from
Let's setup a LAN printer by pressing LAN EXT.
Make sure that your POS system is connected to the WIFI, which is connected to your LAN Printer
Enter the 'Printer Name'
Then, enter the IP address of your LAN printer
At the 'Paper Width' options, choose the correct paper size of your printer
To allow for more footer space for your receipt, enter a value for 'Bottom Line Spacing'. Let's put 4 for this example.
When you're done, press 'Save'.
Now, you need to assign this printer for receipt printing.
For this, go to Receipt Output
At the 'Output to Printer' options, choose the printer that your have created.
Press 'Update' and exit the screen.
