As expected, the Delhi government on 1st May decided to extend the ongoing lockdown by another week in the wake of the prevailing Covid-19 situation in the city.
Announcing the decision, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, "Lockdown in Delhi is being extended by one week."
