Starting Day 170 in my carnivore diet benefits documentary. Whilst on vacation with my family, I got sick with you know what. Back on it and today down 2.8lbs with total weight lost now at 53.6lbs since starting this carnivore lifestyle. I do no exercise, I eat animal foods, mostly meat. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur, doing this to increase my health, quality of life, and to optimize my body and mind. A short time before starting the carnivore diet I thought the people doing it were ketogenic diet influencers that did it purely to make fun of vegans, which is hilarious, but not true :) I am amazed at the carnivore diet benefits that I have experienced 170 days doing this. The reason I got started on this keto carnivore way of eating is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a Joe Rogan Experience podcast clip where @joerogan @DrJordanBPetersonClips who shared his carnivore diet story as well as his daughter @mikhaila story. Both Petersons experienced a massive quality of life upgrade on this diet. I highly recommend you search for both videos where they tell their stories. Then I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by @SteakandButterGal and @KenDBerryMD to learn more about carnivore diet benefits and nearly 24 weeks later here I am, down 50+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
