Dr Rajendra Pachauri, Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, delivered a special address at the Greenn Cross International General Assembly, held 2 September 2013 in Geneva, Switzerland.
In this video, Dr Pachauri spoke of the relevance of Green Cross, which will continue to grow as challenges persist, and offered to help Green Cross establish a chapter in India in conjunction with The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) institute.
He added "the universe is one family, so we cannot isolate ourselves from anything that happens in any other part of this planet."
