What can you do if in-app purchasing, not an option?
Here are 2 things you can do;
1) All 5 have a website with FREE blogs & resources
Even if you don't download these apps, go visit each website. Read what backs the science behind them. Learn which technique may be the best fit for you, your family, your relationship.
Next, enjoy the FREE blogs. Self-care tips and resources are easily found. Did I mention FREE?
2) All 5 have a social media presence on Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. Their main pages will likely be their blogs. Take advantage of their messaging! Finally, it is FREE to join the communities or groups, which are private, on social media.
