BEHIND HIRING:
A live interview series on a mission to help job seekers see ‘behind the curtain’ of the hiring process. Woven throughout, we plan to empower job seekers by emphasizing the human element involved in hiring, consistently addressing DEI, and raising awareness that job seekers have more power than they realize.
We seek to ask questions of hiring decision-makers and co-conspire in challenging the status quo by brainstorming better solutions for a broken system. Ultimately, we hope to help make the hiring process more equitable.
