INGREDIENTS
Vanilla Panna Cotta
With Gelatin - Makes 2 serving
110 grams ( ½ cup) Heavy Cream
15 grams ( 1 tbsp) Granulated Sugar
¼ tsp Orange Zest ( optional)
¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Vanilla Extract
1 gram (½ tsp) Gelatin Granules
1 tbsp Chilled Water
With Agar Agar - Makes 2 serving
110 grams ( ½ cup) Heavy Cream
15 grams ( 1 tbsp) Granulated Sugar
¼ tsp Orange Zest ( optional)
¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste/Vanilla Extract
0.5 gram ( ¼ tsp) Agar Agar Powder
1 tbsp Hot Water
Garnish
150 grams ( 1 cup) Strawberries
15 - 30 grams ( 1 -2 tbsp) Granulated Sugar ( Depending on the sweetness of your strawberries)
Few Mint leaves
