What if the work you do isn’t really about the work itself, at all? What if the work you do is about your becoming, your evolution as a being?
Through sharing her own journey of her work life, Dr. Sheron Brown advocates that your work should not be something you are forced into, but instead guided by your life's experiences into, with the result being your optimal wellbeing. Dr. Brown advocates that if your job isn’t helping you to evolve as a being able to express unlimited love, then perhaps you have some inner exploration work to consider about your work and your life. What matters most to Dr. Sheron Brown is that people stop manufacturing pain-physical, emotional and spiritual– for themselves and others, so she works to alleviate that to inspire optimal wellbeing. In her current role as CEO of the Tampa Bay Health Collaborative (TBHC), her keen focus on bringing individuals together to work collaboratively towards health equity has been recognized by Tampa Bay Times and Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Dr. Brown values harmony between mind, body, and soul and has dedicated the bulk of her professional career towards helping individuals and communities achieve their unique equilibrium. She uses her passion for harmony and equity to help people leverage their identity individually and collectively and embrace their personal and collective power to bring about transformation within the community. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at [ Ссылка ]
