In partnership with Destination Ontario, we embarked on the new Canadian #canoe Route, a road trip that connects you with Canada’s past and present, on a network of waterways and roads between #Toronto and #Ottawa.

We had such a blast learning about this Canadian icon while also learning how to paddle the canoe on both flatwater and whitewater, travelling down the Madawaska River and enjoying early morning paddles on Rice Lake and the Tay Canal.

We also explored the Canadian Canoe Museum, which is home to the largest collection of paddled watercraft in the world, went whitewater rafting with OWL Rating on the Ottawa River, learned about the local Indigenous culture at the Canadian Museum of History, and finished it all off in the beautiful little town of Perth.
