The certification program for INTEGRAL R is ongoing with the static tests campaign on the wings. The aim of these tests is to demonstrate the strength capacity of the wings to sustain the loads encountered during flight.
Here are the criteria for the static tests:
1️⃣ At 100% of the limit load (100% LL), the wings must support the load without permanent deformation.
2️⃣ At 150% of the limit load (150% LL equivalent to the ultimate load), the wings must support the load without failure.
3️⃣ The optional complementary phase will explore the strength capacity of the wings to sustain loads beyond the ultimate load (over 150% LL): this is the strength margin investigation.
These tests, successfully validated, insure an optimal level of safety. A new major step for AURA AERO! Congratulations to all of the team for the work accomplished. 👏🏻

Le programme de certification d’INTEGRAL R se poursuit avec la campagne d’essais statiques menée sur la voilure. Celle-ci vise à démontrer la capacité de la voilure à résister aux efforts qu’elle pourra subir en vol.
Voici les critères des tests statiques :
1️⃣ A 100% de la charge limite (100% LL), aucune déformation permanente ne doit apparaître.
2️⃣ A 150% de la charge limite (150% LL équivalent à la charge extrême), aucune rupture ne doit survenir.
3️⃣ La phase complémentaire optionnelle permet de déterminer la capacité de la structure à supporter des charges au-delà de la charge extrême (supérieure à 150% LL) : c’est la recherche de marge.
