Learn a five-step shading process that can be used to shade any subject, from simple objects like a sphere to complex subjects like the human figure. The process starts by dividing light from shadow using the line of termination and darkening all shadow areas to a number three value. It then progresses to darkening the core shadow, refining the values, and adding highlights.
