Jaroslaw Ploszajski Kubiak is a Polish gay man, who migrated to London in 2006. He is a co-founder of Polish Rainbow , a grass-roots organisation that brings together LGBT people from Poland who chose Britain as their new home. He has recently taken part in the GMFA campaign that aimed to fight the stigma of HIV/AIDS and raise awareness of the importance of regular testing.
