According to my knowledge, fiber laser engraver cannot cut hard steel. But one of our customers tried to cut steel with his 50w fiber laser machine. I was inspired, so I decide to cut steel with 60w. Worth a shot!! We can use 60w laser to cut steel 0.2mm, 0.7mm. Using time is not bad.
Pattern size 30x35mm,
0.2mm stainless steel only takes around 15s without wobble setting.
0.7mm stainless steel takes around 6mins with wobble setting.

Now I am really want to have one set 60w for my own use, haha...60w fiber laser cutter size is small, which is suit for home using. And it can finish below work:
