In this video, I am sharing how to make 3-ingredient keto bread without egg and cheese. This keto bread without eggs recipe is done in less than 40 minutes and will please the entire family. You will be happy to know our low carb bread recipe is perfect for diabetics.
Often I am asked in the clinic how to make keto bread. Many do not want to buy the keto bread and low carb bread at the supermarket but instead want an easy keto bread recipe without eggs. This recipe is the perfect 3 ingredient keto bread recipe. And yes, this low carb bread recipe is made with almond flour.
Keto Bread Recipe
1 ½ cup almond flour
1 container 2% greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
(OPTIONAL - salt, herbs)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine almond flour, yogurt and baking powder.
Pour mixture onto parchment paper. Mold into your desired bread shape.
IMPORTANT - Spray top with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 28-40 minutes. If you made a THICK bread, you will need to cook LONGER. If you feel like the top is burning, cover with aluminum foil.
Remove from oven and let cool!
Serve.
NOTE: I made a ‘round shape’ bread yielding 8 slices. This yielded 3 net carbs per slice.
