I eat and review Ron Gastrobar in the Amsterdam-Zuid (South) section of Amsterdam. The establishment is the product of chef Ron Blaauw who converted his two Michelin Star establishment “Ron Blaauw Restaurant” to the more casual Ron Gastrobar, which later earned its own Michelin Star. The restaurant serves a number of casual but “elevated” food like mac and cheese. After my dinner, I eat an oliebol (a Dutch and Belgian donut) from Oliebollenkraam Leidseplein.
