Here we are, at our hundredth Psalm from Home, pretty cool eh? And it's Thanksgiving Sunday here in Canada, which makes it feel extra special to me. I am so grateful for The gift of music, to sing, for this beautiful way to pray. Truly, my soul is joyful when I'm singing sacred music. The texts help me to express not only my gratitude, but also my fears, and they also console me, remind me that God is love itself.
It's been a time when we can't be together to pray or to support one another, but technology has given us an amazing way to reach out and lift each other up despite great distances and restrictions. Thank you for coming here, for sharing your prayers with me, for accepting me as I am.
