Ingredients:
- 500g minced beef
- 2 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced or cubed)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stick, diced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 250ml beef stock
- 1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs or dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon flour (optional for thickening)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for frying

- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Oven 190°C (380°F) for about 35 minutes
Airfryer 180°C (360°F) for about 35 minutes.
