When we were in the Czech Republic, we heard about the Prague Castle Changing Of The Guard Ceremony.

The main Changing Of The Guard Ceremony takes place in the first courtyard of Prague Castle at 12:00 noon daily.

It went for approximately 15-20 minutes, and also had a big band procession! It was great to see and its free to the public.
