In this video clip animation Dr. Marcos Harel shows how he uses a technique he developed for Endonasal Rhinoplasty. It is a suture that refines the nasal tip bringing both Lower Lateral cartilages closer and is carried out using a straight needle. The technique was first published in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open (Aug 2016).
