We just arrived at San Fiero. In this gameplay, the graphic settings were in Fidelity Mode which gives a 4K resolution with Ray Tracing running at 30FPS.

Note: *My recording software were capable to capture this in 60FPS that is why in post edit I was able to buff it up to give a smoother experience.
*4K and HDR might not show for awhile as it took longer to process than smaller resolution videos. Thank you!
