This 30-minute glute-focused workout is designed to strengthen, tone, and activate your glute muscles, all while incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness. It’s the perfect class to help you build a strong, balanced lower body, while staying connected to your breath and movement.
What You Can Expect:
Targeted Glute Exercises: A series of movements specifically designed to isolate and activate your glutes—including exercises like bridges, hip thrusts, squats, and lunges. Expect your glutes to work hard!
Mindful Movement & Breath: Throughout the workout, you’ll be guided to connect your breath with each movement, creating a calm focus while strengthening your glutes. Inhale with intention, exhale with power.
Build Strength & Stability: This workout not only targets your glutes but also helps improve overall lower body stability, supporting your hips and lower back for better functional movement in daily life.
Quality Over Quantity: While we’ll be doing multiple reps of each exercise, the focus is on doing them correctly and mindfully. Proper form is key, ensuring you get the most out of each move while avoiding strain or injury.
Progressive Intensity: Whether you’re new to glute training or more advanced, modifications will be offered to allow you to challenge yourself at your own pace, making this class accessible for everyone.
