This is a video of a German Commodore 64 Web-it computer (actually its a x86 based PC unit with a built in Commodore 64 Emulator).This thing uses PC-DOS 2000 with IBM-EmbOS (in a ROMchip) as the operating system. As far as I could find out, EmbOS is IBM's custom version of Windows 3.1.embedded.
