On July 22, XPENG and Volkswagen Group announced a joint development agreement for electronic and electrical (E/E) architecture. They will develop industry-leading E/E architecture for Volkswagen's CMP and MEB platforms in China, known as CEA (China Electronic Architecture). This agreement accelerates E/E architecture development and expands their strategic cooperation.
