With Amapiano taking over the South African airwaves, there is no way you can talk about this subgenre of house music without mentioning one of its formidable players, the Scorpion Kings – DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small. The duo were key players in introducing the genre to, not only South Africa, but the world. In 2019 they released three successful star-studded albums - Scorpion Kings, Piano Hub and The Return of The Scorpion Kings.
