The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research facilitates an annual two-day event for more than 4,000 students and 70 employers throughout Southern Virginia. Modeled after Southwest Alabama's Worlds of Opportunity, Career ChoICE exposes students to hands-on activities by inspirational adults to ignite students' imaginations to unlimited career opportunities in Southern Virginia.
