So here's my opinion about Shaco's current state of the changes on PBE, I'm fine with the changes overall, but the stats and the scalings are a joke. They basically nerfed his early game to death and shipped his old early game to his new lategame, which makes Shaco completely useless, at any time against anyone. They have to buff those stats.
