Britain is failing to prepare itself for war with Russia, warns Richard Shirreff. Britain must ‘fight a second cold war to avoid a third world war’ he said in a widely reported commentary. Britain is not properly prepared to defend itself in a war with Russia and cannot rely on the United States as it once did.
