What does it look like to encourage gospel-centered service in your small group? Leaders don't stand over their small groups telling their groups what to do. Leaders serve their groups and lead their groups in humility, as a servant. As we lead small groups, we are called to serve and help people. Our authority is grounded in a right understanding of service.
