HAPPY CHRISTMAS! 🎄 In this video, I shared 5 different cozy holiday inspired drink recipes that you can make at home: gingerbread lane latte, pear citrus fizz, white chocolate macadamia nut cocoa, mistletoe mojito, & crinkle cookie cappuccino! I hope you enjoy the recipes & have a beautiful rest of the holiday season. 💌
☕️ GINGERBREAD LANE LATTE:
+ 1/4 cup brown sugar
+ 1/3 cup of water
+ 2 tablespoons molasses
+ 1 tsp ground ginger
+ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
+ pinch of nutmeg
+ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
+ 2 shots espresso (or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee)
+ 1/2 cup brother milk
DIRECTIONS:
+ Create your gingerbread syrup. Combine sugar, water, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla in a small pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until combined.
+ Brew your espresso & froth your milk.
+ Add a spoonful (or more) of your gingerbread syrup to the bottom of your mug. Top with espresso, milk, & a dash of cinnamon. ENJOY!
☕️ PEAR CITRUS FIZZ:
+ 6 oz soda water
+ 1/4 cup fresh mint
+ 1/4 cup pear juice
+ 1 tbsp orange juice
+ 1 tsp lemon juice
+ Dried citrus & pear to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
+ Pour club soda & fresh juices over ice.
+ Garnish with mint & fruit slices. ENJOY!
☕️ SNOWY MACADAMIA COCOA:
+ 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
+ 1/3 cup sugar
+ 1/3 cup water
+ 1 cup milk
+ 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
+ Splash of vanilla extract
+ Whipped cream & marshmallows to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
+ Create your macadamia nut syrup. Combine sugar & water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes & transfer to a glass container. Toast your macadamia nuts over medium heat for 5 minutes while stirring. Once your nuts are toasted, transfer them to your sugar syrup and let steep for 1-3 hours.
+ Make your white chocolate cocoa by combining your milk, white chocolate, & vanilla over medium heat for 5 minutes.
+ Once your syrup has steeped, blend until there are only small chunks. Strain the syrup mixture over a fine strainer & into your glass container. Save the larger macadamia chunks to top your drink with.
+ Pour a tablespoon (or more) of your finished syrup into your mug along with your cocoa. Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, & sugared macadamia nuts. ENJOY!
☕️ MISTLETOE NOJITO:
+ 1 cup club soda
+ 1/2 tbs sugar
+ 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
+ Fresh mint
+ Lime juice
+ Rosemary sprig & pomegranate seeds to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
+ Pour club soda over ice.
+ Gently muddle your mint, sugar, & lime juice. Pour into your glass.
+ Add in your cranberry sauce or juice.
+ Garnish with extra mint, rosemary, & pomegranate seeds. ENJOY!
☕️ CRINKLE COOKIE COFFEE
+ 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
+ 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
+ 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
+ 1 tsp of cocoa or cacao powder
+ 2 shots espresso (or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee)
+ 1/2 cup brother milk
DIRECTIONS:
+ Mix your mini chocolate chips & powdered sugar in a small bowl.
+ Add a few spoonfuls of your powdered chip mixture to the bottom of your cup.
+ Brew your coffee over your chocolate mixture.
+ Top with fluffy frothed milk.
+ Make chocolate whipped cream by whisking cacao powder & cream with a handheld mixture. Whisk on low for 30 seconds and slowly increase speed as your cream starts to thicken.
+ Top with your whipped cream & cookie crumble. ENJOY!
