Honouring our cycles, this gentle yoga class is designed for you to use when you are on your Period. A gentle, kind and heartfelt practice for you to nourish, nurture and worship all of the many cycles we experience as women.
This is a gentle, restorative practice, designed to help you feel good and honour your current phase in your own unique cycle.
We'll be opening into the hips, spine, hamstrings and heart.
