Settings for the best motion clarity this LG C1 can give you, which is the equivalent of 240fps Sample and hold displays.
All these settings are equivalent in terms of motion resolution and they only differ in input lag and motion Interpolation artifacts:
For 30hz/30fps games: De-Judder on 10 Motion Pro Medium (highest input lag and Motion interpolation artifacts)
For 60hz/60fps games: De-blur 10 Motion Pro Medium (better input lag with a lot less artifacts)
For 120hz/120fps: Motion Pro High (almost a CRT dream)

update note: actually I was wrong about 120 Motion Pro High being the same as these motion Interpolation options with motion Pro Medium, They are equivalent to 120 motion Pro Medium which Is in between 100hz and 120hz Motion Pro High
