Actively considering alternatives to money bail and improving access to legal aid -- these were among suggestions raised by Workers' Party MP Sylvia Lim to improve Singapore's justice system. While Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam said he had no problems with the suggestions in principle, he said there are other considerations in play before implementation.
