The Adjusta-bell Extensions are extention rods made of metal that allow more space to load weight plates per each side of the Adjusta-bell handles. They are sold in pairs (twos). So, if you want to buy four you will need to make two purchases of a set of two to get the four you will need to make two dumbbells.
