NAIAX phase2a was open to the public last September 22, 2016 and so the update will be from the Cavitex side to Andrews Avenue. The on ramp (R11)and off ramp (R12) is currently under construction and this two ramps will be the access to Cavitex. It looks like its a long way to go.... as for the Sales Road Villamor airbase area, the works are concentrated here base on the current scenario. Comparing to last month's update the phase1 and phase2b connector is moving fast. The entry to Skyway is now one lane passable, vehicles have to merge, ramp 1and the toll booth (on ramp to skyway from terminal 3) is almost complete .
