When the Monroe Farm Market had more product than consumers, WVU Extension stepped in to help support the local farmers with the state’s first online farmers’ market. The market helps deliver products from the rural town of Union to Charleston, whose large customer base orders fresh meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables from the local farmers just a few counties over.
