I've been wanting to cook on a tandoori oven for a very long time, since travelling to Kerala in Southern India, so I was very excited to try out a Baba Clay Oven [ Ссылка ]
One of the things I remember very fondly from Kerala, was the wonderful fluffy and crispy naan bread cooked on the clay walls of the tandoor ovens.
The recipe for the naan breads was from my good friend Dan Toombs " The Curry Guy" Easy recipe book, and was very simple.
I wanted to share my experience of my first cooks in a tandoori oven, as a new piece of outdoor cooking equipment sometimes comes with some challenges to learn.
I'd already seasoned the tandoor oven using the method in the instructions.
