A meeting was held in council chambers Friday, including around 50 community leaders, pastors, activists and a number of others to start a meaningful conversation regarding race relations.
One of the members of the meeting, Albert Earl, said that there is a need for immediate action. He called on city leaders to remove workers who don't have experience working with African-Americans. He also called on the media to stop consistently showing video of the incident as it only causes them to relive the pain.
