The humble guardsmen of the Astra Militarum are hard pressed in the 41st millenium. Staying alive is tough, let alone trying to beat back the hordes of Xenos and other threats. So I thought I would take them for a spin in the new Kill Team 2021 using the rules from the Compendium. It's a Tempestus Scions fire team backed up by a Imperial Guard fire team and they took on the Death Guard, Grey Knights and Wolf Spear intercessors in a free for all for the ages. Can the lasgun take down all these power armoured foes? Is the Imperium doomed? Especially when all these teams should be concentrating on taking down the Death Guard!
