In this short video, I describe what we mean by human milk fortifier, also called HMF-most of us use the form in sachet, added as half strength or full strength and progress once tolerated. The regular ones have cow's milk as the source of the protein, and the human milk-based fortifiers have recently been launched, but cost is a limiting factor.
