Today i added 2 KG to my 5-rep max, which is again the heaviest weight i ever used in the pull-ups.
After last week, when i managed to perform 5 reps with 30 KG, i planned to start doing sets of only 4 reps, to push myself even more. Only after being able to pull myself for 5 reps in both the first (32 KG) and the second (30.5 KG) sets, i decided to continue performing sets of 5 reps for a few more weeks.
