Here's a video from Chef Jimmy Bannos Jr. showing you how to prepare our potato gnocchi with neckbone gravy at home. All of the ingredients are pre-cooked, so just heat and combine them as follows. Enjoy!
Ingredients Provided: Potato Gnocchi (1 bags), Pork Neckbone Gravy ( 1 bags), Parmesan Cheese (1 bag)
Ingredients not provided (optional): Salt, Basil
Equipment Needed: Large Saucepan, Saute Pan, Large Spoon, Colander or Strainer
Approximate Preparation Time: 20-25 Minutes
1. In a medium tall sided saucepan add water halfway, add salt, and bring to boil.
2. In a saute pan, bring neckbone gravy on medium/high heat. Once water comes to a boil drop the amount of gnocchi as wanted for 2 mins.
3. Take the gnocchi out and drop in a saute pan with neckbone gravy.
4. Carefully stir and cook together for a couple mins. I recommend adding the parmesan in while cooking, but you may also sprinkle over top when plated.
To plate: Once everything is fully cooked, portion into individual servings on to plate(s)
