Hi Friend, Today i am sharing with you Real Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe, Chapli Kabab is my most favourit dish.
Chapli kabab (Urdu: چپلي کباب) is a Mughlai-influenced Pashtun-style minced kabab, usually made from ground Beef, Mutton, Lamb with various spices in the shape of a patty. It originates from Peshawar (City of Pakistan) , what is today northwest Pakistan, and is also known as the Peshawari kebab.

1 KG Mince (25% Fat) (Keema قیمہ)
3 Medium Onions ( Piaz پیاز)
2 Green Chillies Optional (Hari Mirch ہری مرچ)
Fresh Coriander (Hara Dania ہرا دھنیا)
2 Medium Tomatoes (Tamatar ٹماٹر)
1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste (Adrak Lehsan ادرک لہسن)
1 Tsp Crushed Carom Seeds (Ajwain اجوائن)
2.5 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds (Saboot Dania ثابت دھنیہ)
1 Tbsp Crushed Cumin Seeds (Jeera زیرہ)
1.5 Tsp Pomegranate Seeds OR Powder (Anar Dana انار دانہ)
2 Tsp Crushed Red Chilli (Lal Mirch پسی ہوئی لال مرچ)
1 Tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder زیرہ پاؤڈر)
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder (گرم مصالحہ)
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (Kali Mirch کالی مرچ)
Salt To taste (Namak نمک)
1 Egg ( Anda انڈہ)
2 Tbsp Plain Flour (Atta آٹا)
