After a long journey what one looks back at during their arrival are the moments they experienced. Genes1s tells the story of these moments after his debut album journey in a three part 14 track album . Living in Nairobi , the capital city of Kenya , the experience of the night life inspires the first part of the album . This section is heavily trap ,pop and hip hop influenced with songs like Party ,Nights like these and Tupo site laying the foundation for the moments in “fun “ . After the fun one finds lust , love and eventually pain which is the topic of discussion in the second part of the album which is Afro centric as well as RNB inspired . With tracks like “ Drop it low “, “Anything for love “ and “ Lies” laying the foundation for the moments in “love” . Lastly when all is said and done aspirations and recollection in the last two tracks “lessons” and “one day” top off the “moments in thought” . Collaborating with various producers and artists such as Prxnce, Timmy Blanco , Lil maina , Korb$ , Juanita and many others genes1s brings you a story , an experience an album MOMENTS .
