With every stir fry soy sauce noodle recipe, it's the versatility that we love. Vegan? Swap it for sweet potato or rice noodles. Meat-lover? Grab your favourite protein throw it in close to last or first then remove from pan. Swap around the veggies as you please or remove them completely 😆

170g Dried noodles
100g Bean sprouts
3 stalks Scallions (separate the white and green part, cut into 1½ inch long)
½ Onion (cut into strips)
1½ tbsp Sesame oil
Seasoning :
1½ tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking wine/ Shao Xing wine
