In this video Somesh briefly shows you how OSHO Dynamic Breath can be done. We have found great value in OSHO meditations and therefore these techniques are sometimes used during our individual or group sessions. They are useful for stress release and tension release and to clear the body-mind from stale and old emotions. Besides from this, of course we use a whole array of other techniqes, like bioenergetics, breathing exercises and exercises that we have uniquely developed over the years. Emotional Release sessions are challenging, fun, releasing, relieving and empowering!
