About Klaas Hofman
Klaas joined MVRDV in 2008 as an architect and was appointed as a senior associate in 2017. He is a strong conceptual designer leading a wide variety of architectural and urban projects. As a project leader, Klaas is responsible for the Almere 2.0 vision, Almere Oosterwold and Almere Floriade World Expo, the winning competition designs for Ku.Be House of Movement in Copenhagen and the Ragnarock Museum in Roskilde (both completed in 2016), the Port Information Center ‘Portlantis’ in Rotterdam (currently under construction) and the award-winning ‘High Profile’ luminaires. “The great quality of MVRDV is the ongoing sense of curiosity that drives the ambition to create something new and innovative.
